Q | |
A | No, there is no limitation for projection angle for them. But recommendation for the installation, projector may be better to set in the position where the viewers will not see projection light directly. |
Q | |
A | Yes, they have screen surface for display and adhesive surface for the installation. One side surface is screen surface to see, and the other side is the adhesive sticky surface for fixing to the glass window or acrylic plate. |
Q | |
A | No, there is not Top/Bottom orientation. Even 90 degree rotated screen films can be worked perfectly. This enables free and flexible installation. |
Q | |
A | Yes, they can be cut in any form as circle, Triangle, or any forms. |
Q | Is the screen film installed glass window able to be cleaned up as the normal glass windows? |

Q | |
A | Installation of them are similar but film & adhesive is not same. They can be removed nicely, leave no traces behind. Removed screen film itself is not re-usable but where the screen was has got no traces. |
Q | In a normal situation, are the edges likely to lift - or only if it is not treated correctly? |
A | In case the installation done completely without damaged edge, screen should not be lifted naturally so soon. Important point is cutting edge straight. If you cut the screen edge not straight(like zigzag), there could be lifted after/during the installation. Cut the screen straight clearly. |
Q | Any recommendation for acrylic panel to install screens films? |
A | Some/many types of acrylic plate occur "out gas" this should cause "bubble" between acrylic itself and the screen film. Our using acrylic plate has not been causing this ever. So we are offering to use this acryl. Mitsubishi Rayon Acrylite EX Methacryilic resin plate 489002 In the oversea market, this could be called another product name as Shinkolite-A For this you have to contact local dealer of Mitsubishi Rayon. You cannot use just same size acrylic plate to the screen films. This allow to enter air from the edge remarkably and being peeled. You do have to use bit larger size acrylic plate to prevent air incoming from the edge. |
Q | Is the polycarbonate material able to used to the screen filmss? |
A | Polycarbonate material should cause "out gas" when the screen film installed on it. Then there would be "bubbles" by this out gas. So there should not be used any polycarbonate material for our screen products. |
Q | |
A | No, Glass would not be causing "out gas". But always (both Glass and Acrylic) you have be careful about dust on the surface where you would install the screen. |
Q | |
A | Dust on the surface where you would be installing the screen should be completely removed by water washing and wiping by rubber spatula. Dust, scratch, damaged film should cause bubble. |
Q | |
A | To protect corner, if it is possible, please add anything transparent adhesive tape only for corners to cover there. |
Q | Does the adhesive tape only go on the corners or the full length? |
A | This is optional idea from our engineers. 4 Corners can be scratched by the people who come across to the screen. This will make lift/peel the screen edge and shorten the screen life by incoming air between the screen and the glass/acrylic panel. To protect corners, we would recommend using transparent adhesive tapes to cover corners. To cover all edge around the screen should be better to protect the screen. It is depending customers' acceptable level about "appearance" of the screen. |
